A Better Bail Bond Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY: $50 processing fee for all bonds. Refunds are delivered via us postal mail, only & must be made payable to the person who made the payment. Once the collateral is taken it cannot be exchanged.

Collateral Refunds will be processed within 4 weeks. Any money due as a refund will be applied to open balances first. IF YOUR BOND NEEDS A CORRECTION, VISIT OUR DOWNTOWN OFFICE AT 1416 WASHINGTON AVE. $25 LATE FEE will be applied to payments made after the due date.
